When I was .... we had a TV with test pattern until 4PM when Howdy Doody came on for an hour and then back to test pattern until news at 6. Black and white with rabbit ears and aluminum foil...

Only three channels so no need for a REMOTE CONTROL...what the hell was that!!!

Hey those were not the good old days if you ask me.

NOW are the good old days... for me anyway...

When I was your age I used to wonder if those "x-ray glasses" in the back of the popular mechanics magazines really worked, but never found out as I couldn't afford them. Of course I looked at all the mini-bike frame and the Bensen Gyrocopter plans too, hoping someday I would build one. Never did.
