Nice photo Mike. Too bad I missed you up there. Hopefully you can make it to this shin-dig

Heading back up tomorrow morning. If anyone has a particular photo or info request.
Try to get it in tonight. When I'm up there I WON'T check emails or this site.
Work and anyone else I prefer not to talk to, thinks there is ZERO internet or cell service in Indian Valley .

Btw, you can put me on the "IN list". That's assuming I don't get stuck on the boat.

So which days in October are you thinking of changing it to. and the weather should be perfect for riding that time of year.

well the poll in the other thread showed with Sept. a tie with Aug, I did not place my vote, but if I had it would have been Sept. I know some Reno stuff is going on so I was thinking if some folks wanted to go check that out for the day, it's all good. Or if the riders from the RR200 happen to come upon us, that is good too.

I wonder if I can get that Friday off. It's gorgeous country up there, I could do the buckhorn backcountry byway again.

Sounds like fun but I can't make any plans that far in advance due to job responsibilities. For now list me as a definite maybe.

Took a Saturday afternoon ride up to the campground yesterday. Camphost were very helpfull and inviting. The creek still has water in it and it is flowing. I'm very happy overall considering the price of $14 per night and we can put more than 1 tent on a campsite (ASPER Camphost).

A couple of camera phone pictures to share...

I took some and turned them into a Panoramic view...

A Bump

I visited the campground last week. Weather was much nicer than the valley. Campground was basically empty. Should make for a nice gathering. Will probably be plenty of bikes in the area. Central California BMW Club is holding their annual Beemer Bash in Quincy that weekend as well.

Question

So I had an Inmate PM me with a very good question.

What bike do you plan to ride?

Mine is a Super Tenere.
