I'm a Resident of CO-- Again

After signing a lease for a funky little place in Longmont, I have closed the book on 18 fulfilling, frustrating, and irreplaceable years living in Wyoming.

I'm looking forward to more riding, less wind, more live music, less crappy beer.

It's good to be here. Hopefully, I'll get to meet more of you all.

Oh, and yeah, I haven't yet changed my location: 18 years is a lot of history to obliterate with a mere keystroke.

Welcome back to CO and Longmont. I lived here for almost 20 years. Let me know if you need anything or want to go hit some dirt.

Thanks much!

I do indeed want to hit the trails when I get situated-- that's part of the reason I moved here: I got sick of ALWAYS riding alone.

You know Colorado requires you to pay state income tax?

No Goldwing here, but fork seals for a Benelli Tornado would be great.

Colorado also has infrastructure, paid for by that income tax. As another recent transplant from Wyoming to Colorado, I'm happy to pay the tax, and enjoy the infrastructure. It's worth every penny.

Like I said, you take the good with the bad.

Gonna have to get used to that infra-thingy again.

My dream when I finish a somewhat longer stint of the same kind of years in Alabama. Congrats to you! (And I'm already used to paying state income tax.)

MW - I never dreamed I'd want to move back here, but I guess I wasn't finished there yet. We'll leave the light on for ya.

lkr - Thank you. I appreciate that.
