BMW Repair in Little Rock area - Vario Cases on a R1200GS

Does anyone know if any of the mechanics from BMW Motorcycles of Little Rock are working in central Arkansas either in a shop or on their own?

While I realize a lot of mechanics can work on BMWs, my need is for someone that is very familiar with BMWs in terms of Vario Case mounting, etc. I have had several GSs with Vario Cases and for some reason I am remounting a set on my 2012 R1200GS and cannot get the mushroom bolts adjusted correct for them to lock on. I have a lot of information (even the BMW bulletin) from this site as well as the BMW MOA forum but cannot get them to lock on. Instead of driving to Memphis or Bentonville, I am hoping there is someone in the LR area since this seems very minor and would be easy for someone that has done this a lot.

Another option if you live in the Searcy-Little Rock area and have Vario Cases on you R12GS, if you are willing, I could come and look at your mounting and see what I am doing incorrectly.
