man, yes but no. I could drool over this as a possibility but I know that even if it got made it would have to be really heavy and that motor likely can't be used going forward. But making one custom.. that is a freaking great motor.

Yeah, I never thought about what it would take to make that v-twin meet the latest/upcomimg Euro emissions standards.

Many people don't think about how many cool engines are axed because of some other non producing entity stops production. In scale, Motorcycle engine air pollution is miniscule. Choking the moose to kill a tick. Non producing Entity is more than happy to do that. The SV650 engine is economical and durable - and very much worth saving.

Well, all the good engines will be gone, but you won't need a CPAP any more. You'll be able to plug your mask hose into the exhaust of your motorcycle and leave it idling all night.

The 650 scrambler could be a better selling bike for Suzuki than their 'cafe' iteration. The Ducati Scrambler has been a big success for that marque. Sorry you won't be allowed one montessa_vr.

GT 650 made good power and had a steel frame and little resale value , but I have sv650s to build on!

Yeah, you kinda buy a hyo for life.
The 250s we got still move, but no one who’s just got their open ticket thinks “Hmm I should buy a hyosung”
