"SE WI" Regional Meet and Greets - Sunday 13 Apr 2025 - Delafield,WI

Well folks, this thing has been posted since the 15th of February. It is getting near the time that I need to finalize the roster and the arrangements with the Brewhaus.

I know that some people have been waiting for good forecast before making a decision. There is going to be snow and slush on Saturday. Right now the forecast for Sunday is sunny and 41, but I would guess that the roads could still be sloppy from the night before.

Time to decide - in or out.

(Thank you in advance for your courtesy in coordinating your attendance at this event. Some of what I am trying to head off is people or groups showing up unannounced and making themselves comfortable at tables that were arranged for others, while courteous people who coordinated their attendance go without or get pushed off into a side room apart from the group.)

As a bit of further explanation as to why I am trying to define the roster . . .

Right now we have about 40 people on the list. In the background I have about 18 "maybes" that I am trying to sort out. You can see how 18 additional attendees that are not accounted for (nearly half again what is planned for) could present a problem. You can see why I need to get this worked out. Thanks again for your considerate cooperation in helping me make sure that everyone that attends is taken care of.

If you are on the list, I assume you are coming unless you tell us otherwise so no need to confirm if there are no changes. Thanks.

Precisely why we will eliminate third party coordination with regard to other forums in the future. I'm sure it was frustrating for you as well.

If someone from another board wants to attend one of these events, they need to be part of this program and get on the list directly.
